Pistilli on crystal table

Light, design, and the Italian spirit since 1929.

Valenti is one of the historic names of Italian lighting design.
Founded in Milan in 1929 as a family workshop dedicated to precision metalworking, it grew through decades of Italian craftsmanship, experimentation, and collaboration with the great architects and designers of its time.

In 1966, the Valenti brand was born, embodying a new vision of light — one where technology and emotion could coexist in perfect balance.
From that moment, Valenti became a symbol of Milan lighting heritage, producing lamps and objects that turned functionality into form and light into culture.

Throughout the years, Valenti has worked with masters and innovators such as Luciano Patetta, Olaf von Bohr, Isao Hosoe, and Studio Tetrarch, giving life to creations that still define the language of Italian lighting design.

Pieces like Pistillo, Medusa, and Hebi became not just lamps, but lasting expressions of Italian lighting craftsmanship.

Today, Valenti continues to evolve — preserving the same values that have guided it for nearly a century:
craftsmanship, integrity, and the pursuit of beauty through light. Still faithful to its Milanese roots, Valenti stands as a bridge between Italian design heritage and contemporary innovation.
